Our job isn't to "deliver a system." It's to embed ourselves in your operations, find the real problems with your team, and implement AI and business systems to the point where they actually run on the floor. In the US tech world this way of working is called Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE). You don't need a requirements document — just show us how the work gets done today.
From AI adoption to business systems to connecting what you already run — we pick the technology that fits your operation, and build it.
"We want to use AI, but where do we start?" — most conversations begin here. We don't sell any particular AI tool. We map your workflows and data first, figure out where AI genuinely helps (and where it doesn't), then implement it inside your operation: document processing, inquiry handling, automated reporting, and more.
Ordering apps, sales dashboards, CRMs, reservation and inventory management — we replace paper, spreadsheets, and fax with systems your team actually uses. Because we build around your workflow instead of forcing it into off-the-shelf SaaS, the systems stick. Serverless architecture (Cloudflare and similar) is our default, keeping monthly running costs to a minimum.
POS registers, accounting software, e-commerce platforms, Google Workspace — we keep what you already use and connect it with APIs so the data flows. Untangling "we have systems, but the data is scattered" is a specialty of ours.

FDE works differently from the classic "requirements → quote → build → deliver" pipeline.
No requirements document needed. We start from how things are actually done — the forms, the spreadsheets, the pain points. Online works fine; near New York, we'll come to you.
Instead of a thick proposal, you get something that runs within the first few weeks. Your team tries it on the floor, we watch what happens, and we fix it fast. That cycle is how we avoid the classic failure: a system that gets built but never used.
Delivery isn't the end. We keep improving what's running, add capabilities as the business changes, and swap in better AI models as they arrive — acting as your engineering team over the long run.

Two ways to work with us, and they combine well.
A fixed monthly engagement where we act as your external engineering team. Priorities are set together every month, so the work bends with the business. A good fit for companies pursuing AI adoption continuously, or without in-house IT.
When the target is clear — "we want this workflow systematized" — we define the scope and price and run it as a project. Projects can start small, which is why most first engagements take this form. After launch, most clients move to a retainer for operations and improvement.
Pricing depends on scope. Start with a free consultation: tell us the problem, and we'll give you an on-the-spot read on whether AI or a system can solve it, and roughly what it would take.

Ordering, inventory, daily reports, timekeeping — operations running on handwriting and re-typing almost always improve dramatically once systematized. We design for the floor first: simple screens people actually use.
The data sits in your POS or accounting software, but not in the shape you need. We aggregate sales, cost, and customer data automatically into dashboards you can open anytime.
We'll find the entry point with you. Inventory the workflows, start small where the payoff is clearest — that's the playbook.
Paying SaaS subscriptions while patching the gaps with Excel is a common state of affairs. A system built around your workflow is often cheaper over the long run.
